    Now, they made it right.

    I have uploaded the file gimp-2.10.2-setup.exe

    to virustotal.com and none of the 64 antivirus engines detected any problem with it.

    I run Poser, Bryce, Carrara, Hexagon, Photoshop, Filter Forge and Open Office and other stuff from my D drive.

    Doesn't matter if it's different hardware. Where it might be an issue would be with a removable drive.

    ..got it..As long as the shortcut points to the proper location should be fine then.
