what is the best animation method in Daz?

I am looking all over at animation methods for Daz and they seem to be in the form of using either the puppeteer / animate2 /keymate.

What one is the best to use? when I say best I mean the easiest to get to grips with and to help make realistic. I am mainly playing around using Animate2 right now but I wonder between this an keymate what is best? what can make animations the most realistic pls.
