    Same here.  But it only seems to happen when one or more of the new items is a PC+ item. two PC+ items will trigger the 10% discount but if a third PC+ item is added the discount is lost. Similarly if there are 2 non-PC+ items there is a 10% discount but if a PC+ item is added for the third item then the benefit of 3 items is lost and there is still only a 10% discount. I hope this can be fixed soon.

    Not sure I understand, can you show me where it says it will work with the items you have chosen? I'm looking at the sale page and I see it works with tonight's new releases which are none of those in your list.

    It says buy any 3 new releases.

    Yes, but I believe that would be tonight's new releases. 

    Advertising needs to be perfectly clear. From a legal standpoint, every US company has an oblligation to say what they mean, and mean what they say; "Intentions" are irrelevant. The advertising states "any" new release(s), therefore the three items in Charlie's cart should trigger the 16% discount on the Gift Card. Either the site code needs a good swift kick from the tech support guys, or the banner advertising is false.

    I'm going with a problem in the code.

    It works with 1 ANY new release. It works with 2 ANY new releases. 3 breaks it. 1 and 2 don't have to be today's new releases, so I don't think 3 would have to be, either.

    Please note that I said it was what I thought, not necessarily what Daz intended which is why I'm asking them for clarification since I am only a mod. I would expect that if I'm incorrect, they will fix the problem.

    Yeah, I got excited when I saw "Save Big on Gift Cards" ...only to see that the maximum "savings" you can get is only 10% and you have to purchase a minimum of $21 worth of products to get the 10% off. So you'd have to buy a $200 card just to cover the cost of the two items you have to purchase to get the discount. So you'd have to buy a card of at least $300 just to see a bit of savings.     I'm annoyed, to say the least, at the very misleading wording of that sale.

    Gift Cards, I don't 'get out of bed' for less than 20%; Very occassionally close to that if I'd buy the items anyway... and I'm strict about "if i'd buy the item anyway". I occassionally also buy lower value (10%) without any purchase.

    I was very irritated by the claim of saving big.

    3 items works for me, but it seems that pc+ items breaks it (exept dforce chiffon that works).

    Not at all...lots of sales in the past have had "Any New Release" for a trigger...that included any item that still had the "new" tag on it.

    I've read a lot of documents and stories from the WWII about this self-propelled gun, it is admissible to talk about it as a "tank" like they've done even if it has no turet. I hesitated a lot but "Tank" is somewhat everybody can understand easy and it has less letters than "Self propelled gun". Sorry if I hurt somebody.

    I don't know about that, but I did just make a very nice discovery. There are currently two gift card sales running, and they stack. If two of your three new releases are from the X-Morphs sale, you get both the 16% and 10% discounts, for a total of 24.4% off.

    When the original WWI tanks, in which my grandfather served, (which did not have turrets) were being transported to the front for the Battle of the Somme their crates were labelled 'Water Storage Tanks' as a security ruse. The word 'tank' then became attached, accidentally, to the vehicles. I think any amoured fighting vehicle can be described as a tank.

    Anyway, AMAZING modeling by 3djoji.

    Please now return to the normal confusion of what triggers which discounts....

    We always refered to them as SP's or SPG's when I served

    Just inway of explanation the difference between the two is that an SPG is an artillery piece like a Howitzer and generally unable to fire on the move the way  a tank does

    I did pick it up today and am looking forward to using it

    It didn't work with the Professor's office (new product that was a new item in a recent sale).  That was the one I tried.

    I submitted the help ticket for the difference after completing my qualifying purchases.  It's good that that you were able to get it to work in your case.  The sales language is quite clear, however - any new (or 2 or 3) item(s) over $1 should qualify the sale.

    There was also a note posted by a member in another thread that using 3 PC+ items that were over $3 each would work for the sale as well, but I didn't try this.  Kinda focused on other sales at the moment, I want to grab some stuff before the 'older' sales disappear.

    Were both PC+ items over $3? If so, then it will work, but not if the PC+ items are under $3

    Nice, thanks for the tip. was able to pick up x-morph, some heels and some G8 male poses I had in my wish list for free since I saved $50 on a GC..

    Oh, you're right! Bummer :(  Actually that works out, because if I add Morena Hair for Genesis 3 and 8 it's like I'm getting it for free and I had it on my wishlist.

    Played shopping cart Jenga for a while. Decided it was all meh for content that doesn't really make my wallet want to fly open. The stacking deal on gift cards is nice... but the new items to get the 24% stack are all too expensive. If it was working with two PC+ items and one from the XMorph sale... I might have jumped. 

    Haven't been around here much. My credit card balance is almost zero. :)
