To clarify, I wouldn't call the adjustments I needed to do 'overly hard', mainly I just wanted to make clear that it wasn't just 'autofit and go'.  The sleeve cuff issue when I bent the left arm was a bit weird though.

This could change once I get better G8F clones for G8M, etc.  Currently  I'm just seeing the basic four options after choosing G8F (on a G8M), instead of the usual breakdown.

As I mentioned before, what would make this jacket even better is if it could open (with the slight overlap of the left under right incorporated), and if the sleeve cuffs zipped and buttoned.  There is an adjustment that allows the snap strap to be moved a bit.  I tried widening the parameters to see if I could 'close/button' the strap  but it didn't quite get there.  And a wider belt (say 2 inches instead of 1 inch), guys like wider belts.

But in the meantime, the jacket can be transferred to G8M (as shown in the pic), as well as the boots, and IMHO it doesn't look  too shabby at all.  Note that I wasn't looking to win any render contests or anything, I just wanted to show the jacket on a G8M.  And the boots.

BTW, on the boots, the buckles and straps on the upper calfs of the boots have their own zones under surfaces, so you can hide those.  I needed to do this anyways to deal with a poke-thru issue on the pants..  These boots make me happy.

Hmmm.. I will have to try that oso3d thanks. I’ve not tried to pose clothing before.

Normally I do it when I want to adjust a shirt cuff so that it’s not hovering around someone’s wrist; minor but frequent slight adjustment.

Its slightly tricky because you can’t just select the arm node of worn clothing, so you have to navigate from hip up the chain. But good practice.
