Store not working

For 3 hours now I tried to shop in DAZ Store. In vain, it doesn't process the credit card, says, not available at the moment. Does that mean DAZ doesn't want to sell anything today?

Logged in, logged out, logged in again- all the same.

    Ditto.

    Mine said, "Payment Failure: Error Communicating with the processor, please try again later."  I've got more than enough in my bank account for the transaction.

  • Don't even get me started on my issues since Thursday, charged double on a cart, PC+ coupon not working and no refund (even though none issue by most forum members, a lof of which are PAs!) but unfortunately after my PC+ came back this morning inbetween 8:45 and 9:27 without me needing to log out and back in, clearing cookies, try a computer never logged in to daz before, it's still nothing wrong at the server. Sorry for the long sentence, brain drained and suck of explaining to "Britney' in support :-(

    I bought a GC last night and the code I was sent doesn't work to redeem it. First time that's ever happened to me that I can recall.

    Ticket has been filed and I got the immediate auto-response. But haven't heard back from a human yet.

    Walked over and talked with the support people, they should be getting back to you before the end of their day.

    Store is totally not working.  Checked out and my cart had a price of $55.16 but was charged $97.33

    Open a sales ticket and let them know in the ticket if you want the difference refunded as store credit or directly to your payment method.
