Problem with the "New from Raiya, Esha and Outtoftouch" sale

It says that the Zola Character and Hair Bundle should give me an extra 10% off the featured artist catalogues but it doesn't. If I put the Zola Hair on it's own in the cart I get the extra 10% discount, if I put the bundle in the cart I don't. Has anyone got this to work?
