Hello all,
I just found an awesome house for Poser. (called 'Realistic House') I am using DAZStudio to create a scene using this house, but for some strange reason, when I load it, I'm getting all these strange 'spider-web' like errors appearing in the window corners. Here is a pic of what is happening:

Also, when I load the house, it asks for the OBJ file and then DAZ says something like: 'Wrong type of Node, bones not found'

Could it be this house is corrupt?

Thanks,

Merc

What exactly does the file contain? Is it just a geometry and material file (obj and mtl) or is it an actual Poser file with an obj, cr2 or pp2 and texture files?

That's due to either n-gons, polygons with more than four vertices, or quads that are indented around the window corners. One fix is to go to Edit>Object>Geometry>Triangulate... to turn the indented polygons into several triangles, which won't create webs - a more efficient, but trickier, solution is to edit the original mesh triangulating only the polygons around the windows.
