Precious Lynx problem

So I bought precious Lynx a while ago, as well as the dragon and the unicorn. Everything works perfectly... except the cheek tufts. Nothing happens. I downloaded it twice to be sure. Manually. Nothing. I even tried dragging it out of the folder directly and dropping it in. Nothing. Is there any way someone else who has it can tell me if its just me?

The cheek tufts are not geografted, they are a morph that you can dial in. If you click on precious, go to Actor, then Head, then dial Lynx Head up to %100.

Why the heck is it showing up in the geograft folders? Thank you I will go check that
Edit: No, there is no morph available there. Even when I click the main character that has the textures and everything else (tail et al) attached, there is no morph on it for tufts.
Hmm, I'm not sure what's going on then. Here is a screen grab of Precious Deer, with Lynx Head morph dialed all the way up (I know it looks weird but I wanted to try it on a "Precious" that wasn't Lynx). Are those the "tufts" you mean?
Yes those are the tufts I mean. And now I'm REALLY upset that it's not working. I even downloaded it AGAIN and it's STILL not working.
I would try a help ticket, then. Sorry I couldn't be of much help :(
How big is the install file for Precious and the install file for Lynx supposed to be?
This is how I've been doing it all along:
-Load the Precious figure base
-Then go to Grafted Parts/Characters and load the Precious Lynx. It loads the head shape, ears, face tufts and the chest ruff. At this point, the Lynx character is complete. You just need to apply the mat.
-If you want to add the lashes, go to Grafted Parts/Eyes and load either the Girly Lashes or the Simple Lashes.
-If you want to load the Lynx (or other figures you own), go to 'Quick Load Characters' and load the Precious Lynx. He comes in fully loaded with all his parts and even his base material.
-There are other folders in the tree that have the Precious Lynx Chest Ruff, Ears, Face (where the Tufts are) and the Tails, but it's easier to do the steps I mentioned or just use the Quick Load Character.
My Precious Lynx file has 270 files and is 148,977KB.
My Precious Base Figure file has 460 fies and is 1,159KB.
Edited to add: I don't understand how you have your DS workspace laid out. Mine is very different so the steps may seem easier. Here's a step by step that might help provided your files aren't corrupted. Daz has sent me Dropbox links a couple times when I've had bad downloads and it's something at their end.
That is what I was doing as well. And it loads everything but the tufts. I also tried the individual parts. I am still not sure what is happening. I uninstalled Daz and my entire library (not just for this) and am reinstalling everything. If it still doesn't work after this I will take it up with support but I don't know what they can do.
So even when you load a Quick Load character it is missing the chest ruff?
And your files are the same size as mine? If so, yeah, I'd def submit a ticket. Like I said, if it's their issue, they've sent me a dropbox link a couple times til they fix their file.
