  Hmmm, nobody has responded to this...

  Did a bit of a search, using the terms 'Summer Dress' and 'Sun Dress', both here and on Google.

  The closest I came up with was the Garden Pary Dress, but the straps have buckles...

  Thanks for the responses. They are all close but not the one. But any of them would be cool to have.

  The promos that have the dress in them make it clear that some form of simulation is being aplied. I'm assuming its dForce since its a G3F character. But no idea if it comes that way or if the vendor applied it for the promos.

  I agree with seeker273; it looks like Daphne, from Renderosity, with the bottom hem turned off, the belt surface turned off (it's not a separate item, looks like, so it may be layered surfaces) and the same shader/material used top and bottom. The shoes don't match, but there are a LOT of strappy high heeled sandals about.

  What exactly is this the promo for, anyway? that might help.
