  A lot of stuff from RareStone promos is custom work (or appears to be) so I wouldn't be surprised if shoes were too. Clothes looks custom to me as well.

  3DU Pace actually comes with a pair that I'm using on G8M now too:

  The laces you can change color of in the Diffuse Color in Surfaces. Also you can change colors for most of the other shoe surfaces. Only thing is the surfaces are left & right & as a pair. They are not seperated.
