DAZ Connect files won't show

Every time format my PC or Mac, my DAZ Connect files installed in an external drive won't show no matter what.
The directory path is set up correctly. If I install a previously installed Connect file, it downloads completely again, it doesn´t recognize the previous files at all.
Is there a way to access the DAZ Connect products again without having to redownload every single product again?

It sound like the letter/name of your external is changed every time you format.
No, it´s the same :(
In my PC its even a separate partition, C for Windows, D for files. I just reinstalled Windows in C, D remained the same.
Your CMS Database was probably wiped out by formatting your C drive. If the database is reset, Daz Connect forgets about what was previously installed. All the files are still on your hard drive, but Daz Connect shows all products as available rather than installed. I bug reported this many months ago, but it has never been fixed. ( I looked it up. I reported this issue 13 months ago. )
Edited to add: The default location of the CMS database is C:\Users\[yourusername]\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\cms.If you have a backup of your C drive from before you formatted it, perhaps you can restore the CMS database.
