No clue. What I usually do is attach one of these to the candle and then adjust the emmisives until I like it. Hope that helps.

I can't really say which is best but I use: https://www.daz3d.com/ig-iray-lights-and-shaders-candles

Test render below using some of the included materials and shaders below, about 15 minutes on a I7-6700K and  a GTX960.

I use the campfire light of the 'iray real light' that was included in the DAZ release that featured iray for the first time (don't remember which one that was) and then often I scale it down when I do candles, because the light is a bit too bright for it.
But it's actually excellent for fires in nooks et cetera.

All of the above. But the IG product is quicker for me.

Is that campfire light available somewhere?  I was here when Iray came out but don't remember that.  Do you have a link?

    Thx.

I think they mean Around the Campfire which is one of the earlier Iray products.

I really love Fabiana's AlterZen 1 and 2 candles from the other store and Sveva's

I don't think it's available as a stand alone product, but it was part of those lights that was included in the DAZ version when Iray was introduced. Together with a set of neon lights and lightbulbs of 40 and 60 w and a screen light and do on.

I have that product, but there's no candle or candl light in it.

Real Lights has the Campfire preset though if you have a candle model with a flame, might be what was intended? I think I saw the bin with fire prop available from the promos but having trouble finding the thread now.
