How do I Backup my whole DAZ stuff to an External Drive?

Some items i bought at renderosity so it was manual install. DAZ Items i downloaded and installed with Install Manager.
There's a lot of stuff and i don't want to lose it. how do i back it up correctly. I use DAZ 4.9.2.70 Pro edition ( 64 bit).
I don't have Winzip(which you have to buy i believe)

What are you wanting to back-up - the installed content or the installers? The actual content is just a matter of backing up the content directories, except for plug-ins and some scripts - is that all you want or are you also wanting to back up the database? You can save custom metadata by going to the Content Library option menu (the lined button in the top corner, or right-click the tab), selecting Content DB Maintenance, and checking Export User Data - the exported file will be in the /Runtime/Support folder of your first content directory, so will be backed up with everything else.
