What is girl 7 compatibility?

I'm considering the girl 7 - it says compatible with genesis 3 females - does this mean that anything for genesis 3 will fit the girl 7 as well? including hair etc.

    Yes, though given the fairly extreme shape items which don't have a custom Girl 7 morph may adjust more- or less-well to the projected morph.
