MM Giveaway not working correctly (Fixed)

The March Madness Giveaway is not working with a 'Still Mad' and a "Related" item in your cart. Although it says it works with either a Newly Mad or a Still Mad item plus a Related item, it only is working with a Newly Mad item and a Related item in your cart.
