Paige and Pace Mega Bundle - where can I find the extras?

For those who have bought this bundle, can you tell me where to find the extra items listed as follows?

Only included in the bundles

  • Pace's custom Stretched-lobe Earrings
  • HDRI Lighting Setup:
    • As seen in some of the marketplace

I've done a search through smart content, the content library and through my Mac Drives. It's probably obvious, but I'm struggling to find them.

    My best guess would be under accessoiries or props for the earrings and Lighting or light presets for the HDRI.

    NOTE: This is a guess as i do not own the package

    Still can't spot them I'm afraid.

    Have you opened the zip zo see the folder structure? This often can give clues as to where its located.

    I've never done this before ... I'll go on a hunt for the zip smiley

    There are a few options as to its location depending on your settings. It could be in your daz donwload folder. Or just redownload it from your profile on daz (Dont select the DIM option).

    Then open the zip and look/browse to the folder structure. This will tell you where all the components are placed. (I do this all the time to find stuff)

    Thank you so much for helping, I'm learning a heck of lot here. I've downloaded the Pace figure and I can't spot anything there. I'll try the Paige bundle and then the two warddrobe sets.

    I just looked at the page and its a bonus you get with the mega bundle so one would expect it has a "bonus" zip that contains these extras.

    There's no bonus zip on the Mega Bundle page (no download option there at all) and none on the other four pages for the figures and outfits. I think it must have been missed off. I've put a ticket in. Hopefully I'll get a response soon :-)

    The bundle items would usually be a separate zip, so I will send in a query about this.

    OK, it won't be an instant fix but Daz is working on this.

    Good catch. I doubt I'd have noticed the bonus items were missing. I'm so charmed by these characters that they're in my cart and I plan to pull the trigger while the deal is on. I'm guessing the fix would just be sent to DIM when it's implemented?

    OK^2 - the bonus products are in the Pace and Paige bundles, they should now be coming with the Mega bundle too and if you had already bought the Mega Bundle they will be added to your accounts presently.

    I only noticed because I haven't a clue how to light a toon style figure and I was really pleased a HDRI light set was included in the bundle. Hopefully the update will be through before long.

    Thank you everyone for your help. The extras have now arrived. I found the earrings by typing 'Pace' in the content library search bar and the lighting is under 'Render Settings'.

    They were added several days ago to everyone's account who didn't already own them as part of Genesis 8 Essentials...

    I’m glad this was resolved. It seems the bundle items were not included in the mega-bundle by mistake. Thanks to DAZ for resolving the issue so promptly!

     @3DUniverse, I’m really happy with the way everything was sorted out smiley. Richard was also brilliant at letting me know what was happening.

    I love Paige and Pace. They are my first toon characters and I was having so much fun setting up Pace last night I was late going to bed!
