Daz and Poser Pros

This goes back a long way but I think that Daz took over Poser Pros some time ago. Does anyone know if items bought from Poser Pros were added to Daz libraries?

The reason I ask is because the latest sale is offering Aiko 19 to me and I have bought her. My records say that I bought her from Poser Pros. If the order should have been brought across I will contact support and ask them to look into it. If they didn't then if I want her in my Daz library I would would have to buy her again.

    I don't think the Poser Pros purchases were brought over.  I know there is at least one thing I bought there that's not in my library.

    If you can find your recipt e-mail (I know, long shot.  I keep all of mine and am still missing a few) you could try forwarding a copy to sales to see if they'll honor it, but I'm expecting you'll have to buy her again.

    I lost that receipt long ago.

    I've got a backup of my old Poser runtimes but when I tried copying her into my current runtime Poser just said the file being loaded is not a valid Poser file. I don't know if this is a compatibility issue or one of the files has been corrupted. I'll see if I can find a backup of her installer (possible but not all that likely) and if that doesn't work I think I'll just consider her lost.

    Email Customer care to see if they have access to the records.
