Gold is yellow and not shiny

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hello, I have purchased "Godspeed" and "Serpent Princess" which are both high gold outfits but when i render them, they're just yellow. No sparkle, no lustre, nothing. Could anyone point me in the right direction of what I need to change to fix this please? thank you kindly.

    Do you mean Serpent Goddess? These are older sets with 3Delight materials and loading with Poser materials - if you are rendering in iray as loaded then they may well not work, try applying the DS material settings (if those aren't applied automatically).

    Don't forget that shiny stuff needs other things to reflect off of it. What else is in the scene, and what lights are you using?
