  Both result in Error 404 Page Not Found in Chrome on Windows 10 64 bit.

   

  Tried using Zendesk help 'Contact us' but it doesn't allow any query that doesn't have an order number.

  Known issue; look for the various 404 not found threads for more of the same. :-)

  You can just type NA for the order number.

  Daz is fully aware of this problem and are trying to solve it,  as it's a random bug it is proving elusive to track down.
