I don't know if there is a car that's able to do that, however you can use the Geometry Editor tool to create surfaces that you should then be able to hide.

Here's a good tutorial on how to use the Geometry Editor tool: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/42088/tutorial-adding-surfaces-in-ds-with-the-geometry-editor-tool/p1

    Which car?

In addition to the geometry editor, you might try either turning off visibility of individual bodyparts or sending the model to Hexagon for morphs.  Depends on the car model.

    - To turn off bodypart visibility, it depends if the parts have been set as an individual bone. For example, a convertible might have a bone for the roof.  If so, go to the scene tab and click the eye next to the roof to toggle visibility.

    - If there is no separate bodypart for the roof, you could use the file menu to send the car to Hexagon.  Use File : Send to Hexagon.  You would then have all of Hexagon's selection and manipulation tools available to you.  For example, you could select all the polygons of the roof, create a new shader domain, and then set the shader invisible.  Or, you might select the roof, translate the polygons up and send the file back to Studio as a morph.
