Help to identify tube top in this promo image?

Can anyone help to identify tube top / bandeau and bikini in this promo image? It does not seem to come with any of the associated products or bundles.

    I remember it being asked about when the product came out. I believe it was a custom item the PA did for the promos and was never in the store
