the little bone beside the arrow

Another question, I used to have just a little arrow as cursor, but now there is a little bone beside the cursor, what have I done wrong? Should I and how do I get rid of it?

    You are using the Active Pose tool - the Tools menu, or the buttons on the toolbar, will allow you to choose a different tool (such as Rotate or the Universal tool for posing).
