As a guess, she used a macro or script. I'm still not much of a coder myself, but I've got a script that adjusts rigging to shape on my specifications because it's a such a common task. I tend to suspect that a lot of the pose script tools are really, at the base, UI's slapped on scripts that do little tasks like that.
She selected the base figure after deleting the shoes, the screen burps, but the audio soinds like keystrokes and mouse clicks, then the feet zero. Given that SY clearly know her way around the nuts and bolts, aas she sell them, I'd bet on a custom nut or bolf to zero feet sho she doesn't have to wade through the selecting of the feet. Be it a script or preset. (Personally, I'd use a preset, but a preset is a macro, so I repeat myself.)
Since the figure is in the zero pose aside from the feet, which would have been posed when the shoes were loaded, I think she just used the Zero Figure pose Command -e.g.g Edit>Figure>Zero>Zero Figure Pose. You can zero the feet only, if you wish - select them (feet, toes, etc.) then Edit>Figure>Zero>Zero Selected Elements
EDIT: Richard's right, I used edit-figure-zero-zero figure pose. CTRL SHIFT F would've zeroed the morph, which I needed to stay on.
Thank you all for the help. Again I learned somthing simple but usefull :)
