Edward 8 & HD-Addon - Connect version now available (solved)

I asked first on the forum in the hope someone knows what is going on.

​I did not  submit a support ticket just yet in case this turns out to be a temporary glitch.

 

Is Edward 8 and his HD-Addon not yet on the servers to download them directly from inside DAZ Studio with "Connect" ?

I was able to download most other items of the same order but Edward and his HD-Addon seem currently missing.

I closed and restarted both DAZ Studio and the workstation multiple times but still those downloads do not show up in the install tabs.

What seems additionally odd is that on the product page of both Edward and the HD-Addon a connect version is not explicitely listed.

I do realize that for some older (Victoria 4, Michael 4 etc) items it is not possible to have a connect version.

But why would Genesis 8 products not have a connect version that can be installed directly from inside DAZ Studio?

Could it be that there was some kind of mix up?

Is staff aware of this situation or should I submit a ticket?

    This is fixed, or soon will be once everything has finished synching.

    They didn't show for me in connect either. But I found them in the Store panel when I was on the Smart Content tab. They each showed the icon with the word install underneath. I clicked on that and they installed. The bundle will show the word install as well, but it won't do anything if you click on it. You need the individual files.

    Oh, and searching for Edward didn't bring up the icon either. I just paged around and then I saw them.

    Thank you for that tip. Did not know that products can be installed from the store panel as well.

    Will check next time if for some reason that panel shows products that may still be in the synch process sooner.

    The "DAZ Connect" version of the product files are now ready for download and installation directly inside DAZ Studio as well.

     

    The store page of the HD-Addon was also (automatically?) updated to indicate that a Connect version is available.
