Where did I see that storefront?

Maybe my memory is just failing in my old age, but I could swear that some time back I saw an asset (as described below) here or somewhere else, and now I can't find it.
It was a storefront - exterior view. It was relatively modern (so not any of the Old West stuff), but had a slightly aged look to it. It was sort of "small shop" sized, smaller than i13's Boutique or Window Shopping. If memory serves, it had a couple of steps up to the door in the center, and a display window on either side. And maybe a sign over the door.
Ring any bells? Or am I losing what little mind I have left?

edit - and there's also a series of snap together shops over at Renderosity.
Maybe this one Unrealty Downtown, by AntFarm. It blends really well with his Window Shopping to make a complete scene and looks great in iray.
All of those I've seen, and they're not the one that is somehow sticking in my brain. Which probably means that it's my brain that's at fault.

Finally found it. "STZ Boutique" over on Rendo. Its appearance is somewhat different than what I had in my brain (neurons aren't what they used to be), but that's the storefront...
