Lost Tools in Vertex Modeler

Hey guys I need your help I did something ( don't know) and lost the "tools bar" in the vertex modeler above the viewing field

See pix "with" and "without tools bar"

I tried to "reset edit box" and clicked on all the drop down menus to no avail.

How do I get the Tools Bar back?

    Right click(or Apple equivalent) somewhere on the left side icons. Small menu appears to reselect 'Vertex Modeler Tools'.
