Am trying to do some Iray renders and animations but its taking forever to do each one. I am using a 'AMD Radeon R9380 series' card which is pretty low. Can anyone recommend a graphics card that is reasonbly priced that would improve Iray render times?

AMD cards don't work at all with Iray. You'd need an nVidea graphics card, with a minumum of 4GB VRam.
As for the card, check out this thread, it might give you an idea what to look for when you compare cards: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/223466/advice-request-on-new-pc-and-graphics-card-gtx-1070-vs-gtx-1080ti#latest
EDIT: Shoplifted from that thread, https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/comment/3214726/#Comment_3214726:
Gotta ask does anyone think this card would be ok as its not listed on the chart: ASUS STRIX NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 TI Graphics Card 4GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0
It should be fine, though I'd think seriously about getting at least a 1060 with 6GB VRAM.
why you think that?
More ram means bigger scenes, more figures in a scene, better textures in a scene, and faster overall rendering in Iray, especially smaller scenes with fewer figures and smaller textures.
Thx guys.
