Tilly banner 50% not working for me [SOLVED]

I got the banner "buy Tilly and get V8 with 50% discount", but the 50% isn't being applied. I have nothing else in my cart.

    I only get 10% what are the considerations than result on what discount you have?

    It would appear that there are at least 2 versions of the banner, depending on whether or not you have V8 already.

    Tried that and also on laptop and mobile: same outcome. I'll keep an eye out until it has been fixed. Unless I am the only one with that glitch?

    I've got the 50% banner message too, but no such discount appearing on V8, nor on V8 Pro Bundle (just my 30% PC+ discount).

    I've got 10% and my banner is green instead of the usual orange, Does that have any significance?

    It says this is because I own Victoria 8 but Tilly needs Victoria 8, so presumably anyone who can use her gets the discount.

    The 50% banner should be working now, can someone confirm for us please.

    It is working now: Tilley for $13.27 and Victoria 8 Pro for $47.23 (ie: 50% off + PC member)

    When I closed the animated green banner, just at the end of its slide into the top of the browser window it turned into a traditional orange type.

    Then two black cats went by the window, or it might have been the same black cat going by twice; I'm not sure, all black cats look alike to me (I worry I might be cattist). Then my budgerigar sort of wobbled and turned into a secret agent with sunglasses and a wired earpiece.

    Which is all very odd because I don't actually have a budgie.
