Coupon Does Not Register as Valid

I recently participated in a Survey conducted online for DAZ 3D. There were several questions I needed to answer. The first 1,000 participants to submit the completed survey were to receive a $5 coupon good toward the next purchase at the DAZ 3D store.
So I found something I wanted within the price range and put it in my cart, then proceeded to go through the routine of checking out, ensuring that the coupon code was entered in the proper place. Once I reach the check out screen and click the Check Out button, I got the error message saying the code was invalid.
So my questions are as follows:
1. Is the coupon usage problem from late last year not yet fixed?
2. If so, how much longer will it take to fix it?
3. Was the survey a legitimate one conducted by DAZ 3D?
4. How can I get the code to work, assuming it is legitimate?
My reason for asking the above questions is because the coupon expires on the 15th of May, which at the time of this post is just over four days from now. If I cannot get the coupon to work, it will be the seventh or eighth time this has happened to me. I have only ever had success with a coupon one time since I first registered at DAZ 3D. I'm sure you can understand how this can be a source of frustration for me.
Any comments concerning this problem will be welcome. Useful advice will of course be very welcome. I am normally a very patient man, but a track record like this one can cause that patience to run out. I am at my last bit, trying to get satisfaction with this problem.

The only time I've ever has a problem with a coupon was when I copied an extra space at one end of the code. (Using a string that I doubt will ever be a valid coupon code, "SNAFU", " SNAFU", "SNAFU ", and " SNAFU " are four different codes.)
If that isn't the issue, perhaps the code hasn't been connected to your account. Have you filed a support ticket yet?
I don't know about this coupon but some of Daz's coupons are only valid on Daz Original products where Daz is the vendor. Without giving the code what does the coupon say? Is there any fine print?
I'm posting an image of the email I received. I hid the code itself and replaced it with a blank line. Have a look and let me know what you think.
It clearly states Daz products; I've taken this to mean Daz originals as PA items are not really Daz products they are just sold at the Daz store
The last coupon that I had which could be used on PA items didn't specify Daz Products, so the coupon may be for DOs only. Daz can be rather opaque. Did you have DOs in your cart or were you trying to buy PA items?
Let me check that and get back to you.
OK, apparently it is not a DAZ Original. So I'll go back to the store and see if I can find a DAZ Original that will work.
Thanks guys!
PS: It seems to me that the site needs to consolidate their terminology. Such differences in wording can be confusing, which leads to misunderstandings like this one.
OK it appears you guys were correct about the DAZ Originals. I wound up grabbing my second choice, which happily is a DO!
Thanks again for the help!
