The banners have only just appeared, it may take a bit for prices to settle.
Hard refresh or log out and log in again if the price hasn't chnaged for you. It seems the percentage varies, depeneding on how many pro bundles you have actually purchased.

My banner also only is 15% Off. But that isn't being applied either. So it won't let me add a third Pro bundle for free, and no 15% discount.

So logging out and back in worked for the discount off Owen, but still not giving me 3rd Free Pro Bundle. Only 2 for free. So what is going with "get up to 4 previous Pro Bundles Free" if that isn't working.
I decided to put the Owen Pro Bundle in my cart along with the Elijah 7 Pro Bundle (which I already own), the Gianni 7 Pro Bundle (which I already own), the Scott 6 Pro Bundle (I only owned the Starter for him, so yay me), and finally the Teen Jayden 6 Pro Bundle (which I don't own cuz I never wanted but now it's there for free, so why not?)
Now the price of the Owen Pro Bundle is down to $46.29 (comes to $50.11 with sales tax here in Texas). I'm getting Teen Jayden that I never wanted, and Scott 6 Pro to round out my Starter bundle. Whatevs. I guess.
So does that sound like what you all are getting? You're having to put stuff you already own in the cart to drop the price on Owen? Which IMHO is an exercise in frustration.

Remember it has to be set up like this. Maybe you need to have all four in your cart for the discount to properly apply?
My banner is 30% but I own every single Pro Bundle for the 7's and 8's, and several for the 6's and 5's except as I said Scott Pro, Teen Jayden and Brodie (which no way, not even for free). So maybe because of my 'bulk buying' habit and others like me, we get 30%? I don't know.
Now I need to decide if I want to bother with any of the "extra 20%" Owen addons.
Well, with the orange banner discount for previous purchases, it made more financial sense to take advantage of the pro bundle offer.

Apparently, I'm in the minority regarding the products on display. I won't retract my criticism, but I will put forth a suggestion: I think its about time that there was a "buid your own bundle" option on new character releases. I am just really not a fan of many of the latest crop of artists who get their stuff bought to put into these bundles. Some of them I like and will always buy, even if I don't immediately see the utility, but others I cringe when I see their names and this need to produce, produce, produce isn't helping their skills. And by far the best clothing set produced for Owen 8 isn't in the bundle. There's a problem here.
And at the very least, make the 20% off of Owen products apply to the individual items in the bundle, so that if I do fancy a piece here or there but not the whole thing, I can get the same discount. This may be the first time I am buying a base character and not a bundle, and if it wasn't for a PA's character requiring the morph, I might not even have bought the base.
So will I need to put a ticket in to get a price adjustment for the new guy? Or will they process it automatically?
Apologies that this got rolled out this morning instead of at midnight as planned. Those people who overpaid due to this will get at automatic credit to their account and a notice on-site today to inform them once this has been done. Hmm... cute guy... decent bundle (there are a few things I don't want, but that's always the case) nice bonus/freebies... Not horrible timing....
If the Freebie offer lasts through the weekend, I may finally buy my first Gen 8 Pro bundle...

I am so glad I didn't cave to buying Lucas. I like this character better. G8 version of Elijah.
I can say the extra 15% is now applying when I add Owen 8 Pro Bundle to the cart not that that has changed my mind about buying the pro bundle. I favor toon styles more and usually pick up other items piecemeal fashion.
As far as the goth look it is really, really persistent isn't it? I remember it of all places being popular on Transylvania Avenue in the late 80s & early 90s. I remember wondering if they were going to a party or what then too. Meanwhile, fashion is the realworld has turned into a sort of a 'You know how much work it is to look so consciously unkept and hip?' style.
Anyway, I know that the goth makeup on males is just to help sales otherwise people will complain about lack of male options compared to females with their rainbow of makeup options. I'd rather see more good sets of tatoos as LIE options include in bundles than yet more goth makeup though, goth makeup isn't a common thing in the real world. Not nearly so ubiquitous as tattos and if practical utility sales these products tattoos win on yet more goth makeup. Dying hair jet black, male or female, is a thing but not goth and still not as popular as bleach blond dye jobs.
And how about a good set of LIE options for face paints that football, baseball, and that other sports wear (although their ain't much to that, just you do a bunch of randomly varied black eye grease on the cheekbones to reduce glare).

By the way, is anyone else getting coupon issues with the Owen 8 Pro Bundle + Free Gen 7 Male Pro Bundle deal? Usually, I like to save my coupons for the big character releases which have always discounted the full $6 no problem, but this time around only half of my Monthly DO Coupon is applying. I've already submitted my ticket into the matter, but I was wondering If I was the only one or if this was a bug in general?
I think Owen looks a heck of a lot like Kylo Ren/Ben Solo from Starwars. Not sure if that was the intent.

You're not the only one. For as much as I WANTED to like the clothes and hair in the bundle, I don't. And I'm not going to buy just to support male content makers if I don't like them. I just bought the character, and with all the coupons and discount, he was just shy of 10 bucks. I can't ask for more'n that :)
