giving cloth thickness

Other than going into another tool like Blender, is there an easy way to give paper thin cloth in clothing some thickness?

you could always try a push modifier at a very low setting like .1 or so. Basically it just adds a lip around the edges of the clothing that moves out from the figure, but it can give the look of thickness.

Thanks!  I made three duplicates of a shirt with the first at 0.05, the second at 0.1 and the third at 0.15 ..  it came out well except the edges are sharp, so a bit of photoshop...
