dForce Kitty Sweater for Genesis 8 Female - can you use it without dforce?

I don't know if this is a thing, but I haven't been able to get dforce working yet but I love this little set. What happens to a dforce item when you don't dforce it?  Does it just sit there when you pose the character or is it wearable but not look as nice and natural with the pose?

BTW, who is the cutie in the main promo? The one on the left is Pei but who is the cutie on the right with the cat ears on?

regarding the girl on the right it says "minto chan" in the image. but  I thought she was just another Pei with different hair, eye lashes and expression.

would be good to know if she's a different shape though. she's cute too.

I know, right?  She's a doll. Maybe an upcoming character?

Yea, I thought she was even cuter than Pei. LOL

As for dforce clothing, I was under the impression that they were rigged, just like regular conformers, but instead welded and/or prepared with weights to drape in a certain way with dforce. At least that was the way I understood it.

Daz has been requiring that dForce-compatible clothes work as conforming clothes as well, is my understanding.

Character in promo looks way too young to be striking those poses, especially in a mildly fanservicey outfit.

Looks like a Rarestone char. Says the name is Minto Chan? So I'd assume upcoming, as well.

Thanks @Odaa for the dforce info. I have been eyeing all the content while on sale but reluctant to get it if I can't use it now.

    thanks for bringing this up!!
i assumed it wasn't rigged and dissed the whole pro bundle. surprise

will have to take another look at it now !

  • I have both the kitty and the bunny outfits and both are rigged/conforming and absolutely (IMO) worth having with or without Dforce :)

Considering how japanese females tend to age, both of those females might be close to 30 years of age. devil

  • What hair is that on the promo character on the right? couldn't find it in the store.
