Help! No products purchased in last two days showing up!

Nothing I purchased in the last 2 days, including the Sakura stuff us showing up in smart content, connect, or in content directory. I installed through DIM, it shows installed, but not showing up in DS. Some items have white triangles with no way to install them, and the Sakura products aren't there at all. A search just brings up old content with the same name...

    My whole Daz Studio is messed up. It only shows "All products" and when sorted by Recent first, it shows some old products at the top, and nothing purchased in last few days in smart content or the content directory. I uninstalled and reinstalled DS twice. Plus it is only showing that I have about 8,000 items, when I have double that! What is going on??? Help!

    Uninstalling and reinstalling DS won't help. I suspect that the items weren't added to the database (perhaps you closed DS before starting DIM and as a result PostgreSQL shut down as DS shut down but DIM didn't realise it was missing). Uninstalling and reinstalling the content is more likely to fix the issue if that is the case.

    I have several times. But everything is messed up. I have smart content listed as recent orders first, but old products from Poser are showing up on top and the only category is all products. No figures, wardrobe, shaders, etc... I tried updating metadata several times and it only shows that I have 8,000 items when I have almost double that much.

    This all happened after I installed through DIM a bunch of stuff onto an external hard drive but now Connect doesn't show the new content, even as greyed out to install and everything is out of order in the smart pane. And nothing from the last few days is showing up. 

    I put everything on the new hard drive under: D:Daz but only a few things are showing up there, 

    This is my old laptop. I was trying to download everything to an external drive to attach to my new computer but everything got screwed up now on the laptop and Connect stopped working for new items...

    Right now I'd be happy just getting new items to show up in Connect on the laptop...

    I think it deleted DS from my computer and put it on my external drive. So now I deleted that but can't get DS to install on my computer. DIm keeps crashing.

    So you installed from the machine you are using to an external drive? Is the drive still showing the same letter or has it chnaged? Have you told DS to use that location as a content directory?

    It's still acting weird. I have smart content set to show most recent orders first and it shows Michael 4 at the top! Sakura doesn't load correctly but at least she's there and can work as a shape. Her eyes, eyebrows and eyelashes don't load. Clicking on materials does nothing. I just got a new Windows desktop, so hopefully everything will work better on that!
