I'm using Big Time Tools and I'm having an issue. How did this happen? Posing the object is pretty difficult now.

You may need to change the coordinate option at the top of Tool settings if it's the orientation that bothers you, if it's the offset then it looks as if you used the root bone (whatever that is) rather than the figure to move the item, and now have to figure node selected: zero the translations on the bone and use the figure for placement, or don't use the figure node at all.
