Nail System Help

Hi there, been having problems with the Nail System which is I cannot no matter what I do get the nail lengths to match on both hands. I've tried using the morph and I've tried the sliders but the right hand just wont change. I've read and re-read the documentation but I cannot get it working.

Can anyone assist?

    Was it recently? I have just got back into using Daz again so it's been some time since I downloaded it.

    I have downloaded the update.  I can work this system but the only thing I can't get to work is the shape presets on individual nails. I select the individual nail in the surface tab for both the nail system and the top coat system, and select the preset shape (for individual nails) but all the nails change to that shape. Love this product

    I hope anyone can tell me how to apply for both long nails....its really frustating. I've been figure it out for about a month and still didnt know how to did it
