Buying a Gift Card not working?

It says buy 3 new and receive 15% off gift cards. I filled the form out for the gift card at $100 and added it to my cart. Shouldn't it be $85? When does the 15% show up?

    It is not any new release; only 'Debut' (today's) and 'Still New' releases qualify to trigger the discount. the discount.
