Daz Studio will not install

Hi all. So i have had daz studio for a while. Then suddenly it is gone. I have redownloaded it but now it won't install. This is the message it is giving me... 'Could not find local Readme for Daz Studio 4.10 (win 64-bit)'

Can anyone help?
