Princess Aqua breathing mechanism

Does anybody know how to give Princess Aqua bigger gills in DAZ Studio, without using things like ZBrush (which I don't have).Because the poor lass is stuck with having not enough oxygen. The gill are too small, much too small for her body, and by the looks of the promos can't even open wide enough to barely sustain her. And on top of that, she's wearing a choker! She looks good, but with that nose missing the poor girl could use some proper gills.

    The gills are on the texture map and normal map.  No modeling needed if you can edit the normal map.

    Maybe she's like a frog and can absorb additional oxygen through her skin too.
