BVH files: Can be sold?

I got a little doubt about BVH files created in DAZ Studio: Can I make them and sell them to someone?
I already know I can sell Images and video, but not sure about BVHs!

    if it's your own poses and animations

    there are PA's already doing this

    Yes, it's totally made by me frame by frame.

    So, in the end, if I make an animation from scratch I can sell it as BVH like I do with Images and videos?

    As long as it doesn't include the mesh you can, but I'm not positive what is included with the BVH files.

    BVH contains only bone movements data... So I guess it's ok!
