DAZ content questions – Medusa

I have larger content organization questions and problems than just this package, but it illustrates some of my frustrations.

I just bought the Medusa bundle.  In Smart Content she isn’t in figures / people / female.  I have no idea where she got stuffed.  ~she is there now, but was not when I started writing this~
I selected All Products and put medusa in the search field of Smart Content I get the image from the product page for each of the 3 products

To find anything in the Content Library, I have to tick all of the check boxes under poser formats (they annoyingly clear frequently)

Once I tick everything and search for medusa I get what seems to be only the items from one package

Medusa INJ will not work on its own to load her into DAZ. 

So from this example, it appears that I need to use both Smart Content and Content Library to find everything.  Earlier this evening I had thought about just manually reorganizing everything and using Content Library, but that seems impossible since it doesn’t show the figure or the extra textures. 

I realize that I can also use the content library by looking up the name of the product, but then I have to remember that 2 parts are called Medusa and one is called The Gorgon Medusa. 

Ideally I would like to have all of the 3 products (both items and textures) in one place instead of scattered everywhere (I think there are 3 different artists).  I have tried browsing for textures on other occasions only to give up in total frustration. 

I have read that people organize the files and folders the way they want.  How much can I reorganize items and folders and not completely break my content?  Can I rename them? How can I tell where pointers are pointing and can I change them?  What triggers products to show up in the Content Library and Smart Content?

If I reorganize everything, then I need to set up categories for each item in the Content Library, correct?

I categorized everything from these 3 Medusa packages as Figures / Female / Medusa.  This did not bring up any more items in the Content Library search than it did before.  How can I tag the items so that they will show up in a search?  I would eventually like to be able to search for Dress or Jewelry.  Can I just rename them something useful?

I use iClone as well.  With iClone you can drag and drop items from windows explorer to put them in the program.  I couldn’t find anything in My DAZ Library in any medusa related folder that I could drag and drop into DAZ.  Does such a thing exist and I missed it?

One other problem I am having is that I own Mage Tower.  I also own Sorcerous Stronghold, which is a texture addon for it.  I can’t find a way to make DAZ show me that I can use these other textures unless I know that I have the addon and I know what it is called.  Is there a way to make all of the textures you own for an item show up?  ~I have bought lots of the 8 for $2.99 items and I have no idea what they are :-) ~
