weird tubes floating around

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

why are there these tubes floating around my cloth i tried to do everything but i couldnt get rid of them

any help please and thanks in advnace

    They look like movement handles, so you can move parts of the skirt. To hide them look in surface tab and set opacity to zero.
