How to update metadata for 3rd party product?

  That means the thumbnail isn't being found, as long as there isn't another exclamation in the bottom corner the file itself should be fine. The simplest fix might be to find its thumbnail, or create one (91 pixel square PNG file with the same name as the content file) and place it in the folder with the content file.

  Just create a PNG image that you want to use, same name as the content file, and put it in the same folder.

  You can always try and rebuild the meta data on the Content Library tab by right clicking and choosing "Content DB Maintenance"

  The best sequence is to

  1) Export User Data (Otherwise you lose data you have set up yourself, if any)

  2) Reset Database

  3) Re-import metadata
