Pretty Base Long Hair problem

Hi,
U used for the first time https://www.daz3d.com/pretty-base-ng-long-hair-for-genesis-3-female-s and without any morphs it does this weird separation between parts (and the strange pixels on the side). Same with Render of course.
For precision's stake : I used it with G8V and some face morphs. Which is usually fine with G3 hair...
Any ideas / help ?

I suppose you autofitted it to G8? That often doesn't give good results for long hair as you lose the custom rigging.
My advice would be to not use autofit but manually position the hair and parent it to the figure head.
Autofit usually works well, but maybe not with such long hair...
Ok, so... How do I do that please ?
Just putting it on the scene and moving it around ? It will just work for 2D rendering (which is my goal here) right ?
Have the figure in the default pose.
Load hair if auto fit box pops up click cancel.
Parent hair to figures head
Use translate and scale tools/dials to get the hair to fit onto the head.
If the fit needs improving try applying a smoothing modifer to the hair and set the collision with the figure, making the hair a tad smaller than the head can help with this.
Ok, thanks. Lots of bother though, I think from now on I'll just get G8 long hair... But it's ok, that was a great promo.
did you try to edit the scene identification for the hair to that of G8F (as per sickleyield's tutorial), https://sickleyield.deviantart.com/journal/Tutorial-Convert-Clothing-G3-to-G8-G8-to-G3-686682065 I do this for G3F hair to fit and carry the morphs over when using it on G8F
I didn't know about that tuto, will definitely look into it and let you know. Thanks. :)
I totally agree with you.
I never auto fit any hair props anymore. mostly a long time ago I found I can use any hair prop on any character mesh by just parenting the hair instead of auotfiting. like you mentioned. by parenting it retains the original morphs to the hair prop
