Sickleyield's Ultra Templates issue

I bought both versions of Sickleyield's Ultra Templates, and when it downloaded, it said there was an update. I have tried to install the update, but it still has the update symbol on it. Tried uninstalling it, then reinstalling it, but the symbol is still there. What gives?

    Try right-clicking on the product icon and selecting Browse to folder, then check the contents of that folder - are there any .part files there? I had one a month or two back where the metadata thumbnail wasn't completing its download, and so there kept being an update apaprently; suport fixed the file, which was in that case bad on the server though there may be other cuases if that is your issue.
