Finding myself in need of something, no idea where to find it

I find myself in need of battle damaged outfits, both sci-if and fantasy. Preferably something like Aeon-Soul's Neo Ayane outfit with its seoarate clean and bloodstained materials, but preferably with the option of being more torn up. Some kind of blood overlay that can apply to the outfit would work too, but I'd really like to be able to add holes and burns and such to the outfits. And if it works on existing outfits, that would be totally radical too.

Ron has a brush set for rips and tears... but that's post work and I don't know if you do any postwork.
Also, you can probably do something like that with iray decals. Kindred Arts has a great set which looks like it may have exactly what you are looking for. Iray Decal Kit
I've never done any postwork with brushes, all I've done so far is dealing with minor poke through. It's something I really need to learn though. And I have that decal set, but I had no idea it could work on anything but a flat plane, I'll have to dig into the tutorial on it, thanks!
No problem. Kindred Arts is usually around in the commercial thread section and is always willing to answer any questions. I haven't had a chance to really play with it either, I'm going to have to dig it out and play with it myself not that you've reminded me lol.
Heh, I have soooo many items like that. I've taken to just hitting the all products tab in smart content and going through it till something grabs my attention

Ok, with as much time as I spend grazing through the store, how have I managed to miss every single one of those? My wishlist just made a massive jump. Thanks for pointing them out, I can definitely use those with other projects I've got percolating
I've got the ultimate blood for g3 and wounds and blood for g8, they're both excellent for getting a bloody character without being gruesome. I never even thought about geoshell for the outfits though, I'll give that a shot. I did go ahead and pick up that new Horror and Gore shader that came out, fixing to play with it

You can add holes in every outfit with transperence map...
Have a closer look on the surface tab... you can add holes on the transmap with Photoshop. Therefor are the brushes by Ron very useful ;) I bet there is a tut about this...but I don't know now

I wound up doing a 2 pic set using the new Horror and Gore shaders, they have exactly the kind of overlay I was looking for, with multiple options for blood over the outfit. They're both still cooking, and it's time for me to head to work so I'll post them tonight
And as promised, here are the first two pics I've done. They're part of an ongoing series I've got, but I won't bore y'all with all the details. But just a basic outline: the pink haired girl (Kim) is a very heavily enhanced super human, and the unconscious one is someone she rescued recently and is now something of a protege of hers. They were lured to this station expecting to be rescuing civilians, only to be ambushed by a group that's trying to recapture Kim and doesn't care how many other people are killed.
