Sorry for the title, I'm a repeat pun offender.
I'm just wondering is there is anyway to fit G3F/G8F footwear (namely, high heels/boots) to G8M?
I have looked around, but I guess my searches aren't using the right words or whatnot.
Any help/info would be much appreciated!

No-heels footwear should work fine with autofit, I think. For heels - I'm not sure if there's another better option, but with closed boots, what you can do is:
Apply the heeled boot. If it comes with a pose, and the pose doesn't auto-apply, apply that,too.
Go to the scene tab. SElect the boot and open the bones of the legs, down to the toes. You'd only need to manipulate the foot, marsial and toes bones in most cases.
Start out with the foot. In the parameter tab, use the Bend slider to adjust the shoe until the heel has the proper position. Do the same with the other two, until the boot looks okay again. You can use the values of the one fot for the other foot, so you don't have to find out each individually.
If there is poke,through, the easiest way to deal with it is hiding the underlying human structure.
If you apply a pose now, the boots will follow the foot correctly, but you'll usually have to reapply the boot pose to G8M, or correct the male pose (in G8M, NOT in the boot!) to adjust G8M poses to high heels.
I do not know if there is a G8 version yet, but you'd probably be better off using Cross Figure if you want to put Vicky's shoes on Mike. Autofit has a tendency to mangle a lot of high heels, what Cross Figure does is put the male morph into the shoe without converting it. Note this is only for going between both genders of the same generation, as in fitting Genesis 3 Female shoes and clothes, hair, etc. to a Genesis 3 Male or vice versa. It won't fit G3F shoes on G8M, for that you'll have to hope autofit works on whichever pair you're using. So far I haven't had any luck there, even G8F shoes get mangled and hang off his feet in hilarious and/or horrifying ways whenever I try.
Unfortunately, Crossfigure isn't out for G8 yet.
When autofit results are not good, I have had success using shoes for G3 on G8 by following Sickleyields tutorial
