Daz Studio & Importing Objects

I'm sure somebody out there must know the answer to this. I've been looking alot on Turbosquid and they have tons of 3d content, many of it for free. But I have had no success when it comes to downloading them and trying to bring them into Daz. Is that even possible? I'm not sure if Studio even has this capability or not. It seems like most of available formats on Turbosquid are either 3dstudio max, lightwave or object files. I would greatly appreciate any help from anyone that knows something about this.
Thanks!

DS will import .OBJ files fine. You might have to reapply the textures, but the mesh works great in most cases. Most modeling apps will convert between most formats, you could try Carrara or Blender to get another format into .OBJ.
Depending on the scale that the obj was exported you may need to scale up or down the object when you import it in DAZ Studio otherwise it will be microscopic or so big your camera is inside it.
Import the OBJ, scale it (it helps to have a figure in the scene so you can scale the object with something else to reference for size), navigate to where the texture is and apply the texture. Then you can save it as a "scene subset" or a "figure".
