Hello.

 

I have a little Problem with Genesis 3. i try to install the mimic. I need Talk and Expression Morphs. Mimic i have installed but it has only 1kb.

There arent any Talk morphs for Victoria or even for Genesis Female. I asked the Support and they told me to install the Expressions fitted in the Genesis Extension.

 

Maybe i do something wrong. Can someone Help me Out ?

    You need to manually install Mimic. Download it from the Product Library in your Account settings.

    Also, as far as I know, there are no Genesis 3 Mimic expression.

    Damned. It cannot be that Victoria 7 has no Morph Targets. Actually Genesis 8 and Victoria 8 are ready to buy.

     

    But why they arent Modell some Morphtargets for the Lips ? Victoria 4.2 has different Morphs that you can use. Why Not Victoria 7 ?

     

    The Mimic File has only 1,66 kb and there is nothuing usefull.

    Victoria 7 has bones, not morphs, to move the face&lips, so the morph-based technology used in Mimic won't work. I don't think they updated Mimic to handle bones and G3 or 8. It has a morph addon for Genesis (G1) somewhere, which is probably what customer support referred you to, but that is NOT working with G3 or G8.

    How and from where did you download that file? It should be 27MB for the Windows version.

    If you only got that small a file, something went wrong with your download. Download again from your account's product library, NOT through DIM, and NOT through Connect.

    If you still get just a small file size when you download from your account's product library, contact customer support. I just downloaded the file for Mimic Lite from my own account, and it gave me the proper size.

    Could someone tell me more about Mimic lite ?

    As far as i have readen the is no support for Genesis 3. Is it possible that i model the Morphs in Lite and then export it to another application like cinema 4d ?

    There is an Victoria Model in the Package but they said there is no support for Genesis Models. Only the Standard Victoria.

    You can use it with Victoria 4.2
