Realistic Morphing Leech

I'd love to see a realistic leech model with morphs for being gorged and for expanding and contracting in movement.  Preferably a jawed variety with the actual "y-shaped" mouth as seen in the pictures below.

    Lamprey ring-mouths can be visually amazing, too. 'Cabin In The Woods' had a prop which fitted over an actress' face and I'd love to see that as a geograft in story, too.

    I've never watched that movie, but a lamprey-mouth geograft sounds pretty cool.
