Unable to login to DIM

Hello,

I downloaded DIM and when I try to login, it always writes "unable to login to the specified account. verify your email and/or password". I am 100 % sure I got both right. Is there anyone having the same issues?

    DIM, and Connect in DS, use the same credentials as your store log-in. If those are correct it may have something to do with your network or security settings - what security software are you using, and have you told it to allow DIM to connect to the internet?
